    Our salmon roe is produced in Germany , USA and Denmark.

  • What is the difference between frozen salmon roe and salmon roe with preservatives?

    Wild salmon produces roe only during the summer months. In order to be able to supply salmon roe  to the consumer's table throughout the year, it is salted and then, either a preservative is added, or the roe is frozen. Frozen roe preserves the taste and useful properties presented by nature as much as possible without preservatives.

  • How is the product delivered and stored?

    The product is delivered in Belgium within 24 hours by BPost. Before shipment, the products are packed in a foam box with ice packs. We expect that the roe will defrost during delivery and will be immediately ready for consumption. Store unopened products in the refrigerator at a temperature not exceeding + 6 ° С for no more than 14 days. Store the opened jar in the refrigerator at a temperature not exceeding + 6 ° С and consume within 48 hours. Do not re-freeze defrosted products.

    If the roe during delivery is not completely thawed and is not yet ready for consumption, put it in the refrigerator for 6-12 hours at  + 6 ° C.

    Please check the condition of the goods on the day of receipt!

    We do not accept claims after 2 days from the date of delivery.

  • In which stores can you buy our products in Belgium?

    Our salmon roe can be bought frozen at the following addresses:

    - SOJUZ-Russische Winkel, Nieuwpoortsesteenweg 3 and Roodborstjestraat 1a, 8400 Oostende.

    - Quisquater NV, Vlassenhout 12, 9200 Dendermonde.
